We are very happy with our river home that Josh Sparks built for us! He is very knowledgeable. He values his customers and does a quality job with quality products. He is always quick to respond to questions and situations that may arise, even after normal business hours (this is not the case with other home builders we have used in the past). Our home was a very customized and had never been built before. Lots of issues came up along the way as to be expected. Some issues were oversight, but most were out of the builders control. Sparks did a great job at rectifying these issues and was very patient with us during the whole process. It's very hard to think of everything that such a customized elevated home would require, but with help from this personal builder we we able to pretty much nail every idea and thought about its features! Even after we moved in, he still responds promptly and treats us as a valued customer! I should note that we feel the price of our home was also a fantastic value!

His knowledge and the skill of his crew prevailed on a very challenging roofline and the curved walls and porch. He found an answer or solution to everything we wanted. We met Josh because we had an urgent garage repair needed to sell our place in Florida. We don't live there so it was tricky to find someone who would do a good job. Josh is awesome. He gave us a good quote, explained what was wrong and took care of everything including the permits. Great guy. We highly recommend him. I wish he was in our area. 🙂
